When an order is made on our website, we record sufficient personal details to confirm your identity, and to ensure we send goods to the correct address. At no time do we record your credit card information on our site. When you purchase goods at www.stickychai.com.au your payment details are processed securely through a secure payment gateway. After your order is processed, your payment details are not stored in any form.

4. Product Availability
Whilst we make every effort to ensure availability of all products shown on this site, at any one time there may be items unavailable. If a purchase of an unavailable item is made, the purchaser will be offered the choice of a full refund, or to choose another product.
5. Postage
Sticky Chai ships domestically using Australia Post and Fastway Couriers for all deliveries. We want our product to reach you wherever you may be which is why we offer a great flat rate for shipping on all orders throughout Australia. All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of your order being placed. Delivery within Australia takes between 2-5 working days after the order has been dispatched, depending on your location. 6. Return Policy
If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us at info@stickychai.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened we will arrange the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us on info@stickychai.com.au or 0405 571 399 so we can exchange or refund accordingly.
In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, Sticky Chai will replace the product at no additional cost.
We do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes or incorrect products ordered.
