Traditional Chai

Step 01

3tsp (serves 2) in small saucepan, a squirt of honey, 150ml water.

Step 02

Bring to simmer for 2 mins on stove.

Step 03

Add 350ml milk and heat to a simmer.

Step 04

Strain and serve.

Black Chai

Step 01

1tsp (serves 1) in an infuser or loose.

Step 02

Brew for 30 secs in 300mls boiled water then remove tea (leaves may be kept for further 2-3 brews).

Step 03

Serve with added honey if desired.
